Infrastructure, DevOps & consulting
Infrastructure and technical leadership, when you need it.
Whether you need cloud infrastructure built properly, a technical review of decisions already made, or someone to step in as a fractional technical leader, I bring experience operating at both the system and strategy level.

This service covers two distinct but related things. The first is hands-on infrastructure work: AWS environments, server configuration, DNS, security hardening, CI/CD pipelines, performance bottlenecks. The kind of work that requires someone who has done it before and knows what good looks like.
The second is fractional technical leadership for companies that need a senior technical voice without a full-time CTO. This might mean reviewing architecture decisions, helping a team set technical direction, sitting in on product planning, or just being available as a sounding board for a founding team that does not yet have deep technical experience in-house.
Having done both as a CTO means I approach infrastructure with product context and strategy with technical grounding. The two tend to inform each other more than people expect.
Good fits for this service
- Cloud infrastructure setup on AWS for teams that want it done right the first time rather than revisited six months later.
- Infrastructure audits for systems that grew fast and were never properly reviewed for security or performance.
- Fractional CTO for early-stage companies that need technical leadership without a full-time hire.
- Architecture review before a major build, migration, or scaling decision where the wrong call is expensive.
- Technical due diligence for investors or acquirers who need an independent assessment of a codebase or system.
